January 6 Integers
on January 6th we learned/reviewed how to add integers
we did things like having to figure out the answer with chips, and number lines.
Chips:
have6 owe4
(+6)+(-4)=2
+ + + + + +
- - - -
if you have two integers that are different, than the one that is negative will cancel out the first integer.
Number Line:
+5

(+5)+(-2)=3
